About the restaurant
"NaNovo" is a restaurant located at 8 Więźniów Oświęcimia Street in Oświęcim. Our offer is addressed to the residents of Oświęcim and the surrounding areas, as well as to tourists visiting the Auschwitz Birkenau State Museum, both individual guests and organized groups. We are located in the immediate vicinity of the Auschwitz Birkenau State Museum, on the same street, 700 metres away from the main entrance to the Museum, 2 minutes by car, 7 minutes on foot.
We have an experienced team of chefs who will take care of even the most demanding culinary tastes, and our staff will do their best to provide high-quality service. We accept reservations for up to 120 people, and without reservations we are able to serve a group of up to 70 people. In order to ensure the highest quality of services, please contact us in advance in case of arrival of a larger group of guests. Feel free to contact us by phone or email.
For restaurant guests, we offer a transfer service by a small tourist car, which takes tourists in both directions, from the Museum to our restaurant and back. The car has a capacity of 8 seats.

Our menu for individual guests is prepared seasonally by experienced chefs, and the dishes are composed in a way to ensure that everyone finds something for themselves. Focusing on the satisfaction of our guests, we rely on the best quality products. In our offer we also have dishes for vegetarians. We can also prepare individual menu according to the guidelines of our guests, taking into account allergies and food intolerances.

We offer breakfast and dinner sets, lunch boxes, hot and cold drinks and alcohol. Everything is adapted to the needs of the group.
For organized groups we have prepared a special offer with sets. However, we are open to any comments and requirements of groups, as we can prepare a special offer upon request.
We will organize both a quick one-course dinner for groups with less time, as well as an elegant, elaborate dinner consisting of a starter, first and second course, with coffee or wine and dessert. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
